2. Products and Descriptions
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, packaging, and details of our products (including our Kesar Chandan, Sacred Rose, and Sandalwood lines). However, as our dhoop is hand-rolled and uses natural ingredients (resins, herbs, and wood powders), slight variations in texture, color, and scent profile may occur.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Health and Safety (Product Use)
Our dhoop sticks are intended for aromatic, meditative, and environmental use only.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Always use a heat-proof holder and never leave burning dhoop unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Simply Dhoop is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the improper use of our combustible products.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our UK store are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged will be the price stated at the time you place your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
For international orders, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. Simply Dhoop is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

All content included on this site, such as the Simply Dhoop logo, text, graphics, product images, and digital downloads, is the property of Simply Dhoop and protected by international copyright laws.
